Privacy policy
This policy explains how IZIZY Development Private Limited ("we", "us"), the company that sells Sirius Toys, collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or buy from us. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.

What we collect
- Details you give us: name, phone number, email address, delivery and billing address, and anything you write to us (for example on WhatsApp or in the dealer enquiry form).
- Order details: products bought, amount paid, payment method and delivery status. We do not see or store your full card or bank details; payments are handled by our payment partner.
- Technical data: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited and similar information, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including confirming cash on delivery orders.
- To reply to your questions and handle replacements, exchanges and refunds.
- To send order updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
- To send offers and new-launch news, only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
- To improve the website, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the store:
- our e-commerce platform (Shopify)
- our payment gateway (Razorpay)
- courier and logistics partners
- messaging, email and analytics/advertising services (such as Google and Meta).
They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. Advertising cookies help us show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually up to 8 years). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to info@propelus.in. We may need to verify your identity first.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you can contact our grievance officer (below) and, after that, the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Our toys are for children, but this website is meant for adults (parents, gift buyers and retailers). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure.
