Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed on the Sirius Toys website. Sirius Toys is sold by IZIZY Development Private Limited ("we", "us"). Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore.

Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India through our courier partners. You can check whether we deliver to your pincode on any product page and at checkout.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above.

Orders below ₹499 carry a delivery fee of ₹79, shown in your cart before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed (or of being confirmed, for cash on delivery orders).

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer. The estimate for your pincode is shown at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, we send the tracking details by SMS, email or WhatsApp.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery (COD) is available on orders from ₹499 to ₹3,000. Orders above ₹3,000 must be paid online.

We may call or message you to confirm a COD order before we dispatch it. Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.

Please keep the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refused COD deliveries may lead to COD being turned off for your account.

Receiving your order

Please check that the outer package is sealed and undamaged before you accept it. If it looks damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery or record it with the courier, and tell us within 48 hours with photos.

We recommend recording a short video while opening the package. It helps us resolve any missing-item or damage claims quickly.

Delays
