These terms apply when you use the Sirius Toys website or place an order. The website is operated by IZIZY Development Private Limited, CIN U74120JK2013PTC004040, GSTIN 29AADCI3942H1ZG, registered address No. 68-A, Last Morh, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir 180004, India. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price or details were shown wrongly, the pincode is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. If you have paid, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We sell at MRP.

Payment is by UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets through our payment partner, or by cash on delivery on orders from ₹499 to ₹3,000.

Delivery charges, if any, are shown in your cart before you pay (see Shipping & delivery).

Products

We describe our toys and show their photos as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. The recommended age, battery details and BIS licence number are shown on each product page.

Toys must be used as described in their manual and under adult supervision where the manual says so. Keep small parts, batteries and charging cables away from young children.

Offers and gift sets

Website-only gift sets and free gifts are available while stocks last and cannot be exchanged for cash. A free gift may be withdrawn if the order it came with is cancelled or returned.

Intellectual property

The Sirius and Cosita names and logos, product photos, videos and website content belong to us. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer.
